I decided on a new charm bracelet from pandora for a birthday gift this coming weekend. I had an idea of what I needed before going into the store. When I entered the store, I was quickly greeted with a friendly smile by Angela who was quick and ready to assist me in what I needed. I greatly appreciate Angela’s assistance in answering the questions I had regarding the pandora ME products and the fact that she laid all the options out for me and simply let me pick and choose what I needed and didn’t try to upsale in any way, but made sure I left with everything I needed. I appreciate Angela making my shopping experience a piece of cake and completely stress free!

The gift was a college graduation gift for my daughter When I got there, Sales reps are very friendly attentive On both occasions, they informed me that this if I was sure on the size and based on what I explain to me I went one size up but when I got home from my daughters wrist that she need to go on her size so when I went back, they were still very professional and friendly courteous.🫶🏽

Even when I admitted to being a bit indecisive, she was supportive and patient. After completing my purchase, she and another team member were still extremely friendly and engaged in conversations with me. I truly enjoyed my experience shopping with them. If I lived closer I’d definitely be in store sooner.
