At the Crabtree Valley Mall location, the associate Brianne greeted and conversed with me like a long time friend that I have not seen in years. She was so amazing! Brianne informed me about clasps and how they can add bling to my bracelet while also securing my charms. I was able to purchase the charm bracelet and charms that I did not receive the opportunity to view during my first visit. I can honestly say that my second visit with Brianne was a total 360. Overall, Brianne provides great customer service and has a wonderful personality. I look forward to working with Brianne during my future visits to Pandora at the Crabtree Valley Mall location.

Yanci was very friendly alone with the other workers. The worker greet you and let you know someone will assist you if they haven’t . The store was clean and net.

It's not often that I don't find what I'm looking for. I LOVE my Pandora products. I love collecting the Club Charms, which are my favorite along with Mickey Mouse charms , especially "without" Minnie mouse .😉
