I received a bracelet for my birthday but it was about an inch too small. Mona assisted me with an even exchange and informed me about how to actually put it on (cause I was struggling). She was helpful with my clip purchase! Thank you!!

They were very friendly and came to assist with no problem. The ladies were all great. The service for cleaning my bracelet was very good. Nice and clean in the store.
