You never emailed the receipt to wrogerhudson@gmail.com as you said you would. You also sold me the wrong size of beads despite having my wife’s account information directly in front of you. Now the Christmas gift must be returned and I don’t have a receipt. I know this is because we were in such a crowded place in such a hurry. I think I received horrible service.

I wanted to wait for my favorite Sales person Jo Ann, the store greeter Evelyn seemed upset by my choosing to wait. Later while I was with Jo Ann, Evelyn hovered around and seemingly wanted to rush me or Jo Ann. I did not appreciate the attitude Evelyn was giving me during my visit to Pandora and the best sales associate Jo Ann S. Thank you

I like the one on one service. I am new to Pandora and felt like my business was important. Sales assistant took the time to take care of my needs.

We signed in and was still overlooked by a certain employee named Evelyn. As if she just didn’t want to help us, I’m not going to imply anything but she neglected to help us and continue to help others that came in after us.
