My presence wasn’t acknowledged until I asked to looked at a specific item. There was 3 representatives there and 2 was available neither of them even looked nor ask me anything while I was there. Not until I have met “eye contact” with one telling her I was interested. But still then she was hesitant about servicing me because I told hero didn’t know my ring size. Yeah I might dressed like I’m comfortable but that shouldn’t give you right to judge me.

The sales associate was racist She keep rushing me talking over me would not take the merchandise out of the glass I paid half cash and card she still put it back on my card I felt some type of way I need a gift card for real

Incredibly disappointed with the service. The manager of the store promised me that my gift for my wife could be exchange, but no refund could be issued. When my wife returned to the store to exchange the product they refuse to exchange it. Then agreed to change it for a longer gold necklace. Which would have cost over two thousand dollars. This all happened on my wife's birthday.

Vanessa sales associate 189785 had poor customer service skills. She was not knowledgeable about any of the merchandise. She tried to sell me merchandise and did not go over price before adding items. Very dissatisfied with this experience. She was very short with me and I felt rushed through my experience. I stood in line for over an hour due to the Mother’s Day holiday to be met with a rude sales associate. Very disappointed with Pandora.

When I first walked into the store there were only 2 associates helping customers. A third associate came out from the back and from my guess cleaning a bracelet for a couple waiting. When she gives them their bracelet she comes to me after I have been standing there at the register for at least 5 minutes before anyone spoke to me, to ask have I been waited on. I replied no and then ask me was I exchanging or returning, I stated returning. Then she asked the customer behind me what did they need to purchase or to pick a bracelet. The customer behind me stated to pick up a bracelet. I didn't say anything because I couldn't believe she went ahead and helped the customer behind me before she helped me first. Then she walked away to go back to help the previous customer she just cleaned the bracelet for, to help them I guess to purchase a charm. I finally had another associate to helped me but put on my receipt that the charm was damaged which it was NOT, because I clearly stated I had purchased another charm I wanted from Reed's Jewelers that has Pandora in its own section in Crabtree Valley Mall. I'm not not a happy customer with this location!

I went to Pandora to for with my husband to get two Necklaces for Valentines. After our purchase we went to lunch there in the Mall I tried the items on at the Restaurant they did not go well together so I returned back to exchange it and while I was explaining to my sales girl why I wanted to exchange a lady named Laura 'Manager'rudely interrupted never let us finish our conversation and said I needed to wait my turn since I had already left the store and there were 5-6 people waiting. I decided to return my items. I think she should've been a lot more professional then she was. Poor customers skills is why I left and went to Jarred's and bought my Pandora's items there.

She charged me for the wrong product, had to return to the store a second time to get a return of the price difference. Now have to wait for my return
