When Aravia asked to clean my bracelet she came back with it all brown and rusty which my bracelet NEVER looked like that. I informed her she acted as if she was unsure of why it did that. I was very disappointed and she kept making excuses and didn’t want to clean.. So, then I was asked to wait in line while they had four people working and two were ignoring customers to put jewelry on a display. UNSATISFIED

Associate was cery rude. She did not clean between customers. She was unable to switch out a bangle that I was told previously would not be a problem once it was ordered online. Associate was not helpful and acted as though it was a problem to have to help any customers. I will not return to this location due to this.

Well my wife and I was introduced to our rudest experience in our lifetime. A sales associate treated us with zero respect. I picked up my 2 mother's day gifts but will never step foot in the Crabtree Mall location while that sales lead is employed there.

I went to the store and was packed no social distancing no masks either. The store was a mess nobody even great me or acknowledge me. I have to call someone attention to get help plus he was trying to sell me earrings without the back piece.

the manager at the pandora in crabtree valley mall was rude . the other sales associate, Destiny was very nice and comforting .

I purchased an order with 1 item to be shipped and 1 item to picked up in store. The order was placed Saturday, April 3. I went into the store (crab tree mall Raleigh nc) because I had not received any word or update about my in store pick up order. They told me their system was down and there was nothing they could do. They did not seem concerned. And I also called customer service to see what could be done but they were no help either. I have already been charged the full amount with no product. Very ridiculous and I will be getting my money back.

This is the second time I go to the nearest store to purchase my birthday gift with my husband. The common thing to hear in this is store is: “we don't have it” The availability of the items is very reduced in this Store (Raleigh NC) it is frustrating for me: A teacher with no money but very good taste.. buying my first bracelet and not getting the chance to but what I want.. only what they have left.

I understand due to Covid the store have a limit of how many people can enter the store. After waiting in line for almost an hour, once I was in the store I felt rushed and every item that I want to see/pick; the person could fine it. And I picked 3 charms and I gave him price range I was looking for and He kept bringing me

The associate was not helpful I was rush to make my selection the associate was not happy engaged I think the manager was there she was very rude at begging when I enter to the store This visit I was very disappointed
