Every time that I visit this location at Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh, NC the same associate refuses to pull the charms out of the case for me and my partner and treats us like we are thieves. She will not let my partner touch or view the charms, and she holds them far away on her side of the counter. This is embarrassing and a hurtful experience for a customer who has spent well over 5k on your products over the years...sharing them with family, friends, and loved ones. My partner was extremely frustrated by the time we left and has mentioned several times that her Valentine's day and gift were negatively effected from our Pandora store experience

The sales person was very rude, did not have a talk like the other girls there, I notice the rest of the girls working there were so kind and nice and talkative with the costumers. I told the manager and the sales person told the manager I’m leaving this place. Because she knew clearly what she did. Very rude this was not fair.

Alyssa the assistant manager didn’t speak to me when I entered the store and then when it seemed as if she had no choice but to assist me she had an attitude. I wanted to see the entire selection of charms as I was shopping for my mothers birthday and she was kept interrupting, talking as if she only cared to show me what she felt like. When checking out there was attitude for me asking a simple question, making a statement to a loyal customer of “that your question doesn’t make sense” is unacceptable.

I had my bracelet cleaned and added a charm. The associate put my braclet back on my wrist. The bracelet was not latched well so after I left store braclet fell off my wrist. It was a gift from my children a few years ago. Very disappointed.

The sales associate seemed ready to go home. She was very rude to me and my mom. She asked what we were looking for and I said a charm bracelet and she asked what kind of bracelet with an attitude. She didn’t want show us the selection of bracelets and seemed bothered. This was my first time ever going to Crabtree Pandora and I will probably drive further next time to a different store to avoid the poor experience again. I wanted to enjoy getting my first pandora but she ruined the entire experience. Her name was Brianna S.

Made a purchase online, went to the store to exchange. The sales associate outside the store with online and exchanges had no knowledge of what I was asking about, I was told they could assist me inside. Waited for another 15 to 20min inside the store. Went to a sales associate that didn’t greet or acknowledge me at all, rude and had no knowledge of what I was inquiring about. It took over a hour for just an exchange. This was the worst service I’ve ever had at Pandora..

The store in Raleigh NC Crabtree Mall was not full at all and the associate completely rushed me. I exchanged one charm that my military son purchased for me as I already had it and purchased 2 additional charms. Associate was also very short when speaking to my husband and I.

I was out of town…Raleigh North Carolina… I manager accused me of trying to use a coupon that I had got last week in GA… I showed her my email and she still would not help me.. I am very disappointed

Associate spoke maybe three sentences to me. Dropped my clip on the floor and laughed. Didn’t welcome me or thank me for shopping. There were three associates in the store and all of them acted like they had way too much going on to help me, my mom or my sister. We all came in to make purchase and left with one $30 charm. It was hands down the worst experience.
