The associate that assisted me was not very knowledgeable . Once I made my selection and purchase, I decided to wear it and was not offered and storage items , box, bag or anything to even store it in when I'm not wearing it, only given the receipt . Never experienced the lack of care at any other location. I asked to have my Pandora necklace cleaned (it was barely cleaned ) while I was there and once she returned it I asked for assistance putting it on. She took a while to put out on and I asked if everything was ok and she said yes ,said I was all set and I left the store . After a 3 minute walk to my car , sat down and it fell off. I went back in the store for help and the floor manager said it was broken and needed repair . I let her know that I wore it into the store with no issues and have been wearing this necklace for a while , never a problem . The associate broke my necklace and the store told me that I need to go to a repair shop to get it serviced because they don't do repairs and it is over a year old and they can't replace it . What?! Your associate broke it and she knows that she did. Poor service all they way around . I am totally turned off by Pandora !

A crown ring that I purchased three years ago had pink stones/diamonds and the color faded away. Pandora replaced the first ring and I started being more cautious with it like not washing my hands with the ring and not placing lotion with the ring on. I have been very cautious and the second ring still changed color!

Sales associate Katelyn P totally unprofessional, attitude like she hated her job and was doing me a favor by serving me, did not explain anything about the Pandora products and when I said thank you and goodbye she did not respond nor acknowledge my greetings. I will make sure to avoid this store in the future. Still totally love the products and selection at Pandora’s store

My experience with the Sales Associate that handled my request was very pleasurable. My dissatisfaction lies when I inquired about a specific item and the manager told the sales associate that it was out of stock. That same caucasian manager went and sold the merchandise I inquired about to another Caucasian customer. When I expressed my concerns as a loyal paying customer the manager informed me that it was the last one and there was nothing she could do about it. My understanding is that if I arrived first to the store and inquired about the item and another customer arrived after me I should have been given the courtesy to receive it when I in fact was not based on my ethnicity. This indicates inequitable practices and for that I am totally in utter of words with Pandora

The “lead salesperson” was practically a cashier. I described in detail what I was interested in, and she provided little to no help, nor was she attentive. I found what I needed without her assistance. I would have preferred another associate.

I went to the store in Crabtree mall, NC! The sales associate Brianna was not supportive at all. She was confused and gave us wrong info about the product! She charged me 270 for a 199 product! I had to double check the prices online and had to return back to the store for a refund! If i wouldn’t have checked $60 would be gone! Such a horrible experience.
