I am a loyal Pandora customer and have invested quite a bit in my bracelets, necklace and earrings but to walk into a store and be treated as if you could not afford to even look in the window was not my idea of fun. The store associates were rude and did not treat me respectfully. I came in to complete an exchange with my receipt and original packaging, but was shuffled from person to person and asked questions that could clearly be answered with little to no attention to me. I will not be patronizing this location again.

The specific ring that we were looking for that was just released was not in the store. Sales associate could have been more friendly and a little off putting.

The product I originally came to the store to purchase was not available. Stock was low. I would have expected the store to sufficient stock especially during a sales event. I wound up purchasing other products which I was somewhat satisfied, but I wasn't what I really wanted.

The sales clerk did not stop talking. She kept sharing what she liked and continued to try to sell me more merchandise even though I said I wasn't interested. For example, "Let me show you what I like." or "You just have to have this one." The beads were not organized, many were not available in the store, and what beads were available were all in a plastic storage container that would be used to store food. It was a painful shopping experience. I have shared this experience with friends and neighbors.

Upon entrance into the store, we were not greeted nor told that someone would be right with us, even though other customers were. So, we stood there, for over 15 minutes, waiting. Then finally, we were greeted by a very friendly salesperson. When I asked to have my jewelry cleaned, after making a purchase of over $100, the other salesperson stated "it's only the two of us here and we don't have time". So, the friendly salesperson who was working with us, decided to just buff the bracelet instead. Due to the attitude of the other salesperson, we have decided that it is best that we take our busy to an alternate Pandora store.

The waiting process did not allow customers to save time by visually selecting items prior to meeting with the sales staff. If I purchase again it will be, probably, online. Everyone in line was thoroughly disgusted and frustrated with the excessive time it was taking to enter the store.

I bought a ring I was very excited about it store, and after leaving the store noticed a stone had already fallen out of it. I had it less then 5 minutes before it fell apart. However, the sales people were incredibly nice and understanding and assured me that because Pandora jewelry is handmade and unique that sometimes freak things like that happen. However, there was not a ring in store to replace it so I had to return it and leave empty handed.

I came in to do a pick up order. It was very croweded. I also wanted to look at other merchandise and the person who was giving me service seems like she was irritated and not engaging me with my service. She was more worried about organizing the rings and etc and not asking me any questions. She did a horrible job I was willing to buy a whole lot more but her attitude towards me made me not even want to be in the store anymore. I am a very dedicated customer and I’m always buying stuff from pandora and more than likely I won’t be coming to this location ever again especially if this same person is there because her service was not good.

Normally I like all the staff at the Crabtree location fairly well. However recently the service has declined. On my visit 6/2 Ananeidis assisted with purchase two safety chains for my daughter at myself. The length of the visit was longer than necessary because of the length of her nails. She also failed to give me one of my charms back. I visited the store today 6/5 and the assistant store manager is telling me she can’t assist me until the store manager returns at the end of the week. I believe the first possible solution to my issue would be to check your stores inventory but the useless assistant manager is advising me that isn’t possible because the store manager isn’t there. At this point I’m prepare to return every I’ve purchased in the month of May because of Crabtree’s inability to resolve a customer issue.
