I can in the store looking for a charm in particular. The sales associate asked me what I was looking for, but proceeded to help other customers that walked in after me. I felt unwanted in the store.

I walked in and was at the counter looking at merchandise to buy for about 7mins no one spoke to me at all it’s not hard to turn you’re head and at least say hi or hello regardless of what you are doing the store was not filled with customers which made me feel like I was being discriminated against because I had on a hoodie because it was raining outside as if I wasn’t going to buy anything which was the worse feeling I will not be buying from that location again

You had to sign in and take a turn to be waited on. I already knew what I wanted and just wanted to purchase it. I had 4 other folks in front of me that couldn’t decide on a particular charm or had the sales associate rearrange their beads or flipped through a catalog while the sales associate stood there. You should have an idea as to what you want when you arrive or take a catalog and review while the sales associate waits on someone else. I was there at least 25 minutes before I got waited on. Because I wore the bracelet out, I wasn’t even offered a box to keep it in. The person in front of me spent over $180 so a great deal of time was put into the tissue paper and now for their bag and they wire it out as well. I will order online next time.

The store is very small and crowded. There is a long line for service and the associates do not help you pick things out. They do not know the inventory. If the wait is going to be 30min or more, should be allowed to be texted or called to come back to the store and continue to shop.

The associate did not know where the merchandise was at. Many times I kept telling her the battery on the pad she had was getting low. When time to check out she noticed that it was not processing my card quickly so she went to charge battery. I waited 45 minutes because she didn't want to swipe my card on a different pad & be charged twice. I kept telling her to void transaction then start over. The sales manager was no help.

This purchase was for my daughter that has a birthday one week before Christmas. The purchase was not used until the 19th when it was discovered the bracelet was too small, so we exchanged it on the 19th. Afterwards leaving the store, it fell off the next day. We did not think anything of it, thinking it was not clamped on the new bracelet well. Well my daughter wore it again on Christmas Day, now the heart charm is lost. A major heart break. The MAJOR Concern: The sales associate, myself, and my daughter had to pry off the heart charm. (now realizing it was a dysfunction of the charm after the second wear.) Cannot recommend the clamp Pandora to ANYONE!

Decided to purchase a Love Knot necklace charm and a size 45 silver chain. Charm was in perfect condition, chain was severely tarnished. Sales associate noticed this and attempted to clean the chain to remove the tarnish, and in the process broke the chain. Ended up purchasing only the charm, and went to a different jeweler to purchase a more durable silver chain to accompany it.

You didn’t have my size and one of the sales ladies said sold out on line too I was there for the sale . Was not offered any compensation!

The sales associate was giving me a hard time about wanting to exchange a bracelet I received as a birthday gift. The bracelet was tarnished and I hadn’t had a chance to wear it. I explained that to her and she was very reluctant at first. She offered to clean the bracelet in which she did. I never asked her to do so. When finished cleaning the bracelet it still looked a tad tarnished. She claimed she wouldn’t be able to exchange it because there was nothing “wrong” with the bracelet. Once I began questioning her as to why there was a problem with me wanting an exchange she then stated she would need to ask the manager. I watched her go up to the manager who said yes immediately. So again I don’t understand why the back and forth with me if the manager didn’t see and issue with my request. It definitely left a bad first impression. I WILL NOT be shopping there again. I’d rather just order online.

Person was not knowledgeable of products. Made me feel like I was going to shoplift. Made no effort to offer any perks even though I spent over one thousand dollars
