I arrived and stood in line for an hour to get in the store for my pickup. While I was in line, a woman from the back of the line was brought in the store and made a purchase. When a sales associate was asked about the preferential treatment, the associate told the man that he was welcome to not wait in line. The next thing that bothered me was not being able to find the charm I wanted for the bracelet I bought. The selection of available charms was not displayed, instead, I was asked to look through a catalog and hopefully choose something that was in stock. Take some time to unpack your inventory, display it properly!

My issue with Pandora is two fold. Firstly, I am not happy with the quality of the products. This particular item is the second return due to poor quality. While the return policy is fair and very reasonable for the price versus quality I would not purchase another Pandora item. Secondly, the Covid19 policies are cumbersome. To return / exchange an item took thirty minutes for a return that took less than 10 minutes. Between the wait, quality and cost I would not purchase or shop and or recommend Pandora as an overall shopping experience.

I felt rushed to make a purchase. I really didn't get see what other products that the store had to offer. Felt pressured to apply for a credit card just to get a discount. I was told not asked.

When we first entered the store the sales associate addressed us as if we weren't able to purchase. As if we couldn't afford the jewelry she immediately passed us on to another associate

The sales associate ruined it for me. I know my size I. Bracelet and needed a size smaller. She insisted that the larger one would fit with the charms. I’ve had one the same size before and it rolled off of me with the charms. She wasn’t having it. I bought the bracelet knowing I’d be exchanging it. At the end she finally told me that they didn’t have the size I wanted in stock. Tell me that up front. Please. Then I can go to another store or find something else. I realize she works there, but being a know it all is not cool.

The associates took my name when I walked in, and then proceeded to help people that walked in after me (not on the list.) When I complained the associate told me that they had been helping them all along and then mumbled something rude under her breath as she walked away.

I opened up a credit card to take advantage of the extra 10% on my purchase and I just noticed that it was not applied to my purchase. I called the store to verify if I could get it applied and I received a voicemail for a callback. Hopefully, they will adust my purchase.

I have several pandora pieces, including 4 bracelets. I walked in telling the associate what 3 charms I wanted easy peasy customer! She informed me she didn’t have one of the charms I wanted so I asked if I could buy it in store & then have it shipped to me she said that I wouldn’t get the discount with that one bead since it was being ordered online which is crazy to me because the bead I wanted wasn’t in store any other store would have let me do that so that. She asked another girl to help her look for the bead she huffed & puffed & told her that they didn’t have the with the most teenage attitude I have ever seen! Today was the worst experience I have ever had with pandora! No sorry we don’t have it nothing!
