I purchased 3 heart clasp bracelets, 2 princess and the frog charms, 1 graduation charm and 1 finding Nemo charm. Due to the high activity in store the sales associate did not include the 1 finding Nemo charm into the gift bags which I purchased. Since informing the Pandora location my account was not refunded nor, have I been able to get the charm

There were 3 associates in the back talking with each other. None greeted me when I came in. I started to browse the displays. One of the associates greeted and offer help to other people that came in after I did and said nothing to me. I had to ask for help from an associate that just finished helping someone else. The one that helped did not know the inventory well. He took a long time to try to locate the items I was looking for only to come back to let me know they are not available. None of the 3 items I was looking for was available. I don’t think my business at the store was appreciated.

The sales associate seemed like she was bothered to be at work and didn’t seem friendly at all. I didn’t like the small amount or merchandise available for what I was looking for in my size.

I had to wait outside the store for over an hour. I was there right at 11 when the store opened up thinking I could beat the crowds. They only had four employees working. Some folks were buying multiple items and looking at everything. I knew exactly what I wanted and yet I had to stand in line. They were not using proper cleaner. It was Windes.

My husband waited in line for over an hour and was told he would be the last one in the store to ship for the day. When he got to the door they tried to tell him that he wasn’t able to shop and he told them he was told he would be the last one. Other people behind him raised a fuss because they ordered online and were picking up so they were able to jump in front of him and decided while they were in there they needed to add more things so they basically were allowed to cut in line and shop meanwhile my husband had to wait. The person who helped him was rushing him and then gave him the wrong items. He was shopping for Christmas gifts for me and to have the order be wrong on Christmas morning is ridiculous. He went back on the 26th and no one said anything! No apology or anything! So ridiculous!

The line was outside of the store. A 40 minute wait just to pick something up in 1 minute and leave. They need to have another worker doing pickup orders only. Customers shouldn’t have had to wait that long just to tell them their name and receive their order. They also offered a credit card 3 years ago that I use during the holiday because it used to allow you to move to the front of the line. Now they’re saying they no longer offer that which is ridiculous.
