The mall opened at 10am I started waiting in a line 15 people deep for 45minutes before I could exchange the item I bought. The bracelet was bought per the sizing guide for it; it fit but would not have room to hold the charms. If it wasn’t for a gift for Christmas I would have exchanged online/mail. The store was nice but didn’t have enough room or staff to accommodate their business for the holiday season.

I was told they did accept military discount, I’m a active duty service member. Once I made my purchase, the representative said she must ask the manager. The manager said no to military discount. How are they able to change the rules.

We was asking about a security lock for my necklace but associate was quick to tell us it would not work with it. We had to make her show us why and when she pulled out the necklace it was not the one I have. We didn't like her attitude!!!!

A charm was placed in an incorrect spot for a lesser price but since it rang up something different which was higher, I was charged the higher price even though the manager was made aware, the manager still refused to charge me the lesser price. I paid the higher cost but was not happy about it, as it was not my error of the charm being in the incorrect location.

I spent $150 Mother's Day weekend our prior to that to get the free bracelet this is the cheapest Pandora bracelet that I own and I own several when I brought it to their attention nothing was done I wanted to return it and get a different one they didn't give me that option but I still decided to buy a charm I had the charm for 2 days and it already broke I don't know what's going on with that store but every time I go into the store to buy a charm it's a problem

Associate lied about the availability of a merchandise. When asked for mark down of the last defected merchandise, another associate took more of the same merchandise out from the back. Associate has very long gel nails highly lower the efficiency of the wrapping and check out process during busy holiday season. The overall experience was not friendly and welcomed.

The sales associate was rude and unhelpful. I was buying a charm bracelet for the first time and didn't know about my options. I asked about a specific one I had seen online and she immediately boxed it without even showing it to me. She didn't offer anything else, so I asked to look at charms. She asked me what I was looking for when I said I letters, she took one out and started boxing it up. I didn't like it and asked if thats all they had. She said yes very annoyed. I just paid and left. Her tone the entire time was rude. I had so many questions I didn't ask because she seemed too annoyed to answer. Not a good experience.

The sales associate was disengaged, did not know the products or items available and was not friendly. I was very dissatisfied with this sales agent. She was very short with us and behaved as if she was not ready to be attentive to customers. I stopped going to the Pandora in Southpoint Mall, Durham, NC for this same reason. Pre-COVID pandemic, I had come to be appreciative for the Crabtree Valley Mall service. The service was professional and pleasant pre-pandemic. At this point, I will need to reevaluate my decision. Thanks for the opportunity to share.

I asked to see bracelets with the price of $55 and the lady that helped me said they didn’t sold any at that price. I asked to check and Pandora does have bracelets at that price.
