The first time i walked In i gave the lady my name for being on a waiting list. As my husband and i walked Around with my 3 month old, a lady approached and asked me if i needed Any help, i responded To her By explaining i was Ok the waiting list. She said she knew and said she was there to help me. She was pretty pushy, and honestly freaked me out so i left. After about 30 min to an hour i came back because i really Wanted a ring from you all. When i cambsck The second lady was extremely professional and nice. She had darker hair then the First Lady and darker nails. I am Very appreciate that i came back because she helped me find the perfect ring.

The sales associate, once she became available, was polite. Another associate(manager?) interrupted us to bring a problem to her attention during our visit. The store was not busy at all during this time.

The staff at my local Pandora retailer are extremely unfriendly. I truly despise shopping at Pandora, and because of that I have not purchased a piece of jewelry in about three years. I prefer to shop at Reed's because the staff is much more pleasant and I can purchase the more reasonably priced Alex and Ani. In addition, if I do want to purchase Pandora I have that option.

I went in on a day that it was not very busy. There were a few associates helping people and I waited until someone was available to help me. I wanted to get a pendant engraved and some jewelry. The first associate was nice enough and helped me with the engraving but then after about 10 minutes, left to go on break and passed me to the next sales person. The next person was very standoffish and not nice. She barely helped me, didn't try to answer any questions, and gave off an impatient attitude. She kept chatting with the other associates and acting as if I was bothering her. I felt very uncomfortable and didn't feel good about what I bought afterwards.

Sales associate was not friendly Brianna S. I was asking questions about the Necklace length and she did seem to know. I also asked about the interest free for 6 months I couldn't locate it on my receipt. Brianna S stated that I did qualify for 6 months. I this is not true I will be returning the purchase I made.

Worker was very rude and judgemental the whole time towards me. Will not be returning to that location.

was not greeted upon entering the store; was not acknowledged at all actually; no tracking of guest had to let the associate know i was next. not my typical experience even though i've seen store much more crowded and received better service in the past

My sales associate was rude. She was trying to undermine my views on a bracelet that I have to wear. She was very short when answering my questions.

There was a wait to get in the store which is to be expected for the holidays but having to wait outside then have to wait inside to be helped wasn’t good at all.
