I had my bracelet with me and I have to try the sharms bymiself never offers to help me I ask questions and she looks likes she didn’t pay the attention I deserved as a customer been there before and all the other girls are very nice except this time.

Person who helped me was not knowledgeable. Didn’t know stock enough to make recommendations. Took forever.

Due to the lack of assistance on the floor, the associates did not have a routine that showed which customer was next in line for assistance. It was a guessing game and had I not been observant, two people wanted to jump for assistance before me and the associates were willing to go with what was said before asking who was next in line.

The store layout isn't very shopper-friendly. When all the sales associates are helping customers, it's very difficult to browse the jewelry while I wait because the charms are concentrated in the center of the room where the customers congregate. Also, the waitlist system is a bit frustrating, although I'm not sure what a better way would be.

As we were looking through charms the sales associate seemed irritated to get out more than one tray for us. When we checked out she took quite a long time when processing our transaction. She also seemed to have an attitude when we asked any question.

The items that were online were not in stock at the store. The sales associate seemed very rude and disturbed by my presence. When i asked for a specific item she seemed bothered that i did not like what she had offered me. But i was there to buy what i wanted to buy. I said that i wanted one of the charms that had CZ in them opposed to the generic versions and she offered me an irrelevant charm. My reasoning for purchasing a pandora bracelet for my girlfriend and her charms are to remind us of things in our lives and not just buy irrelevant items because they are pretty and throw them on there.

the guy who helped us was mad rude. seemed uninterested the entire he was helping up almost as if he thought we weren't going to purchase anything. even as we were purchasing our product he still was rude.

I own 4 Pandora bracelets and a necklace, so I really like Pandora. However, I guess because it was close to closing the sales rep didn't seem to want to give me a 100 of service. She didn't try to really help me. I had to keep asking was the different items available. I am returning the item today. I am school teacher and send alot of my colleagues to this store. I hope they receive good service.

I had to wait in line for about 15 minutes to get waited on. There were not enough sales people in the store. When I went to check out, it took about 10 minutes in a very complicated procedure to check out. I was totally dissatisfied with that. You need more associates in the store and a faster check out system.

Well the recpeit reflecting this time was amazing Tysha was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet and caring about why I want my ring and about my brother and cousin patiently waiting on me. She was selling the products she was wearing and telling me her meaning behind them. It was a great experience. However I went an hour before and waited in line the text said 5 minutes we waited 18. The door greeter or whatever she was her name was Evelyn, extremely rude and unkind. She kept disappearing and she didn’t great with a happy hello. Sounded very unpleasant and when I asked if I could order a ring on line she said oh that’s been out of stock forever since before thanksgiving ,. It was discouraging because that’s the one I had been looking at the entire time
