There was a little wait, but it was expected because of the holiday season. My sales associate-Jordin was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will be back after the holiday season to purchase more items.

We went to pick up an order my son placed online. Employee met us at the entrance, quickly brought the item and showed it to us. Thankfully she did! The bracelet that my son ordered was way too small. She worked with us on finding the right size. Then, we decided to buy an additional charm in the store for the bracelet. The store was very busy, but I found the charm I wanted and was checked out very quickly. Everyone was SO friendly. Merry Christmas!
