The manager tried to make me wait back in line when i received the wrong size ring and the associate tried to exchange it for the right size.

The sale representative (Brianne) was friendly, knowledgeable, provided creative feedback/ input, and professional, I enjoyed the engagement and the assistant in completing another gorgeous day Pandora bracelet. She helped me create a wish list for my next visit, and I am very much looking forward to revisiting this location!
