Good customer service being the first time in Pandora

The lady was very knowledgeable about the product. She was helpful with suggestions. Both my daughter and I were buying things and she was so helpful explaining things.

Always has very friendly knowledgeable staff.

The costumer service was very good, everything is very good quality, and I really enjoyed my time there because it was really easy to manage.

Mayra, the sales associate that had helped us kicked out our items that aurora job of keeping us updated on new things in store was going to get in as an attraction. As Spanish-speaking individuals, she was able to translate some stuff to us, making our experience, much more understandable and comfortable overall.

The associate was welcoming and knowledgeable. I was purchasing a gift for my daughter who is turning 16 and the associate did a wonderful job involving her in the purchase conversation.

I walked in and was instantly greeted by Donna with a smile. She was extremely helpful at finding me rings in my price range and style.

The reason I was highly satisfied is because 1) the new location of the Pandora store in the mall was so nice and clean. It felt more open and it just looked so pretty. 2) The associate that helped me was super friendly and answered any and all questions that I had. 3) The experience was just so nice and fun. I’ll definitely be going back.

This store moved recently so I had to ask where they were. Upon entering I was greeted but was not over the top which I alike. The staff is so friendly and helpful!
