It was very easy to exchange the merchandise I had originally purchased online. The associates assisted me on choosing the correct bracelet size and advised me on the care of the product.

My daughter bought me a bracelet as a gift but it fit too snug on my arm. I was able to exchange the bracelet for one that fit better and would allow more charms. I wasn't sure what size was best and Cathy was able to show me different sizes and help me pick the best fit.

The workers that help us was super helpful and amigable. Greeted us right away. She was very knowledgeable of the items she had in store.

I brought in a bracket that I already had charms for and needed them to help me pick out clasps to put in! Ended up buying a few more charms! Love Pandora! ❤️
