The sales people are very friendly. The sales person help me order my online charm. Also, they always help me to find new charms.

I went in the store to inform the worker that on of my diamonds had fallen out of my ring. The employee jumped right on the situation got my name and number pulled up on the computer. Last but not least took care of the situation in less than 5 minutes.

I wasn't allowed to switch out a chain because it was part of a set. The chain was too small, but I was shown longer chains for purchase. Customers were bumping into each other around the show cases. The saleslady was knowledgeable and kind.
