The sales associate was extremely helpful and extremely nice. She helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for and when she couldn’t find the right size she went out of her way to show me other rings just like it that were my size.

All of the times I have visited the Cross Creek Mall store the sales team have always greeted me and are extremely nice. They know the products and never try to rush you out the door, they take time for the customers.

The service there is so amazing. The young ladies there know what they are doing. Every time I go there it is a pleasure to have them help me. They know me by name.

I have been going to this Fayetteville location in the mall for years and have purchased many bracelets and charms. The ladies are like family now, one in particular Savanah always helps me out. She is a very lovely person and brings lots of joy to the store. She’s always very helpful even on busy days she takes her time, never rushes me and makes sure I’m a satisfied customer even though I’ve been coming for years. Thank you !!!
