I called the store asking about a particular charm. The associate was kind when answering my questions. The best part is that she set the charm aside for me because it was the last one. I got to the store within 30 minutes and as soon as I stated that I had called, she knew what I was there for!

The sales representative was extremely helpful and patience. She answered all my questions and was great at finding the perfect fit for my small wrist.

I was buying some items and also getting my bracelet cleaned. I received my total and realized I left my wallet home, I was so embarrassed. In good faith I would be back I left my items to be cleaned and went all the way home and back! The associate was Amazing in understanding!
