I received my Pandora 2 years ago as a gift. No one had ever really taken the time with me and spoken to me about the overall care of the bracelet. Savannah informed me of the need to balance out my charms which is one of the reasons I added to my purchase. She also took the time to reorganize it for me, not that the order of the charms made a difference, but we talked while doing so. I had just come from a very important appointment concerning my health and well being and the time and care she showed me just meant so much, although she knew none of this. I am very grateful for her patience and hospitality. Kudos to you Savannah!! Now that's how you deliver customer service!
