Pandora Jewelry

This is actually the fourth or fifth time I have bought at Cross Creek Mall. I have bought charms and bracelets. I also bought a necklace, earrings and a ring at Pandora in Raleigh. Love Pandora.

The customer service was great. Everyone was friendly and we were in and out quickly. They helped us get what we wanted and more.

I will soon be 70 and I wanted something special for my birthday. The help I received made my purchase fun easy and beautiful, I am pleased with my purchase and can’t wait to wear it my birthday is 9/23 and I am waiting until my party to open it thank you

The sales associates were very knowledgeable about why we wanted. They helped us as soon as we walked into the store. They were sticking to the amount of people allowed into the store at a time so it wasn’t crowded and we were able to freely move around without feeling like we were too close to others. They also cleaned the bracelets that were tried on for sizing making me feel as though everything was sanitized to help prevent the spread of germs.

Looking to replace a bracelet I had lost. Sales associate was quick to call another Pandora store and locate the item for me.

I enjoyed my experience because the process was quick and simple. She was patient when showing me all the different options. Lastly she made suggestions during my picking process and gave me all the important do’s and dont’s for caring for the jewelry.
