The associates were very helpful and attentive even though they were rather busy. The associate that assisted me went above and beyond to help me locate the bracelet that I was wanting. Unfortunately, the store did not have it in stock, but she was very quick to order it online for me. She even marked my 2 separate bags so I was able to easily identify my gifts to my sisters. She was has outstanding customer service skills!

The sales associate took my order over the phone and I was able to arrive, socially assistance and outside of the store in the ball check in and receive and pay for my Cinderella collection. Loved it!!!

I was highly satisfied because I felt safe and could see the measures of protection the store was conducting to keep everyone safe. I was treated with so much respect. I believe she was a manager, wore pandora products that made me buy more because of how good it looked on her wrist, I wanted it to look good on my wife's wrist.
