The representative was helpful, patient & kind. She sanitized the area right away. She didnt mind answering questions or giving you time to view/try jewelry. Good service.

Our sales associate Cythnia was very professional. She was able to help me get what I needed quickly. The store was very clean however all of the sanitizing stations were empty of sanitizer

There was a pretty long line. I was worried about this but they had an employee standing out there helping people with everything before allowed to go in bc of Covid. And of course this is understandable but I was seeing every employee that was inside clean everything off before they would allow anybody else to come in. The lady that helped me was very friendly very knowledgeable and pretty much answered everything I asked she was great I would recommend the store in these employees to anybody keep up the great work

Izabel helped me with my purchase. She was very knowledgeable. It’s nice to go in and have someone like her assist. Making customers feel appreciated for their business if something rare and she managed to deliver that perfect customer service. Especially during a pandemic where it feels we are being pushed around like animals. She made it easy and never once felt forced to buy anything or rushed because I was being indecisive. Thank you for doing what you do. It may not seem like much some days but it matters to the outside eyes. You’re doing a good job. When I say good I mean outstanding.
