The associate was very friendly. I explained my daughter's are picking charms for me and she was very patient with them. She also have sure I got my correct size bracelet.

Isabel was amazing and patient. She even offered and cleaned my bracelets. You could tell she appreciated my business. You don’t see that often.

The wait wasn't as long as we originally thought when we walked up. There were numerous staff members helping customers in line which made the process go very quickly. The lady who helped me was amazing! And cleaned my other rings !

Customer service is great. Just hope they don’t offer you the most expensive thing. Prices should be a bit more reasonable with this pandemic going on.
