Pandora Jewelry

I had broken the clasp on my bracelet. It could not be repaired,so I had to get another one. The associate was so helpful to me.

I was highly satisfied with my store experience with Pandora cause the sales representative was very knowledgeable and friendly. The sales representative made sure I was satisfied as a customer when talking about different charms and what would look nice. The sales representative took her time in showing me what charms look nice together and it wasn’t expensive.

The customer service is awesome and she knew actually what I wanted.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. I asked to be unassisted until I found what I wanted and they didn’t pressure me. As soon as I needed help she was ready! Even though I didn’t know what I wanted, she was patient and help me find 2 charms I loved.

The associate was nice. She took measures to make sure everything was clean before and after me. I was greeted when I entered the store.

Prices and friendly

The sales associate was very friendly and she took care of my friend Viola and I with a warm welcome. Michelle is always a joy to see when go into the store. She is AWESOME.

The sales associate that assisted me during my visit was very friendly and thorough. I explained that I was looking for a Valentine’s Day gift for my wife and that I was not adept at putting the pieces of the jewelry together and the do’s and don’ts but she made me feel extremely comfortable and was patient through the entire process. I appreciated that more than anything.
