Sales associate was very friendly . I was torn between two pieces and when I asked her advised she told met the one I actually liked the most was the one she thought better suited me . She was absolutely right .

Was greeted and assisted upon entry into the store. Sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable. Sales rep arranged the items I purchased and educated me on opening and closing the clasps.

Nathalie and the other young lady (sorry I didn’t get her name) came up with a great idea to use the jewelry box to display the charms for my girlfriend using ribbon. Awesome customer service, way to go above and beyond. Thank you.
