Everyone was so kind and patient in the store. I wanted a couple charms and we couldn't figure out how to make them all work together in a way I liked. After trying so many combinations the store head - I believe based on her interactions with the associates - came over and showed a way I could combine them on a chain that was so unique and perfect. I went in to look at the new spring line and left with 4 charms, chain, and huge smile under my mask. Everyone was so kind and patient as we worked through all the ideas. I finally got to wear it yesterday and it is everything!
