I felt very comfortable here I did not feel rushed at all. Marsheila was very helpful with myself and my mother who had to FaceTime because she couldn’t make it.

The sales associate Marsheila was very patient with me as I was in there for about 2 hours. She was very professional the whole time and and she was knowledgeable about the products she showed me. Even offered the service of cleaning the Pandora I was already wearing

I called to see if they had a certain charm, quickly they did have the charm, so I drove to the store and bought that charm and 2 others. The wait to get into the store was fairly quick.

Because the lady that serviced me was a sweetheart and knew actually where the items were that I wanted also she didn’t let me walk out store with a ring that was to loose and she does a great job at up sales I left with a set instead of a ring thank u so much
