While searching for a bracelet we were greeted by April and she took the time to explain pricing of items shown. April took us to counter and tried on some pieces and explained the fit and charms. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable which is why I purchased an item.

I was highly satisfied with the patience of the sales associate. She was nice and sweet and helped pick out two charms for bracelets. I asked if any charms will go on sale and she told me she was not sure but she will definitely look into it for me.

The manager on duty (Michelle) was very nice. She helped us learn how to add charms to my wife's bracelet bc she didn't know it screwed on. Michelle showed us a variety of charms and clips to separate the charms. We bought $172 worth of items so she did her job lol. Very pleased with our experience with the store and Michelle. She deserves a raise 👏
