The experience was nice. First time ever in a pandora store. For it being the holidays the line moved quickly and only had to wait 3-5 mins before going inside. They gave us a book to look at while waiting. Told them what I was there for and the gentleman that helped us searched high and low for a ring we were looking for. I went in for 1 ring and walked out with 3! They have so much of a selection and will be coming back to shop.

The wait time was not long moved fairly quickly. The ease of looking at charms and processing payment all in the same space was great. The sales associate was very friendly and helpful.
