The prices are extremely too expensive for jewelry you have to constantly clean. The shinny quality does not last once you wear the merchandise

I was given a bracelet with charms and everything turned black. I took it to the store and I was taken care of right away I was so very impressed and happy.

Excellent Customer Service. Very Friendly and patience. Corrected another salesperson's mistake and went out of her way to educate me on the prior bracelet that I purchased which was the wrong size.
