Glass was so scratched and unable to view charms through the scratched glass. Wanted to view the "Mother's Day Charms" so associate (Sata) points inside the scratched glass stating," that's them". When I asked to see them outside the scratched glass she responded with "which ones?" again I had to reiterate "charms with mom on them", again she responded with "that's them" as she points through the scratched glass. It is hard to make a decision when you have more than one choice to choose from and are not given the full choices to view. Store was too hot!!

I placed an online order for an item that I did not receive because it was out of stock! After waiting and looking for several days for my items to be sent, I finally got an email saying that my shipment was on the way! The email did not tell me the item was out of stock! I had to find this information elsewhere. I also sent an email because I did not know the item was out of stock and got no response!
