They sold me an broken bracelet and she knew it was broke cause she could snap it told me my card didn’t work so I purchased with another card so I when to the atm and made a purchase and it worked I was treated poorly

The sales associate who assisted me was very helpful and nice. She assisted me very well having been my first time in a pandora. Then out of nowhere comes a lady over in our area of the display case and told me I need to say please. I was distraught and didnt understand in this situations why would i need to say please.She also would not give her name when asked and told me to "make sure I let them know we stayed open for you" replying to the fact my purchase was completed 4 minutes after closing hours. I later found out this lady was not a sales associate she was a Manger. Smh

I had 2 different interactions, one via customer service regarding my online order and the second in store to exchange my band. The associate in the store was outstanding and very attentive to my needs. She also engaged with my child when he started to get fussy. The issue I had was with customer service via the call center. The fist call I made regarding the status of my order I was lied to. When I called back days later I was met with unprofessionalism, zero empathy, and an overall attitude. The agent advisor left me with no resolution and placed me on a hold for over 40 minutes until I ultimately disconnected the call. My phone experience made me want to return the entire order for a refund and never deal with the company again. After my store experience, I will now only go in store. The service is so much better.

I got the reflection bracelet as a gift and it has a very sharp section! I will be returning it as soon as I can get to the store! I have a lot of Pandora, but I really am disappointed with the quality of this particular bracelet
