The associate made us feel that we weren’t worthy. I all my years of shopping with Pandora. I have NEVER been made to feel less than.

Attempted to return a ring less than 24 hours after purchase due to size being too small. Was told ring was scuffed, which it was not. Ring was put on then taken off and returned to box after realizing the size issue. If the ring is scuffed, it was purchased scuffed. But after closely inspecting the ring, there was no scuff. Manager was very rude and not willing to help.

I was overcharged for an item and one item was too small but the manager wouldn’t allow me to exchange it.... the customer service was very rude... and the sales associate wasn’t knowledgeable of the product...

After finally purchasing my items the sales associate hands me my folded receipt and a little white pouch. I ask for the box for my jewelry she told me "you're not suppose to keep it in box, I can give you a pouch. Then I had to ask for a bag to put the pouch and my receipt in. I know they put the charms on my bracelet, but I still purchased them. I guess I should have asked them to take them off and put them in the boxes, that way I would have gotten all I paid for. Not to mention I had to enter all my information in the tablet to order the purple heart. Customer service TACKY.

There was a misunderstanding. An associate yelled in my face. I asked for her name it was not given. Was told she is the Manager poor problem solving skills. A Zero in my book.

I wasn’t given my military discount. Showed my ID on my phone even offered to go get it out my car. I was refused and treated rudely. I’m appalled at how a person who put life on the line for country was looked down at for asking for a 10% discount
