The association did not smile at us at all. She seemed to be back there’d that we were there. I was in the store with my two daughters and we felt discriminated against based on the color of our skin.

The associate open the door not keeping track of who came in. She didn’t know who was first causing a confusion but she didn’t care. I got skipped twice but it was ok. I may give ibkibr gtfzg fry

I stood around waiting for the next person to take my order, and told two associates and the still took three other people ahead of me while I'm standing their. So I go to the associate and let her know that they did it again is there anyone going to serve me she gonna say I thought you was with them. NO those are one of the people you took in front of me. Then she stop one of the sales person from helping the third person while I was standing so she come to help and her service was awful.

First, tye rep did not great me. I had to speak to her for assistance. I asked for my bracelet to be cleaned 2xs, the rep ignored my request. I asked for the charm to be put on my bracelet she bagged it. Then I asked about the bracelet being cleaned and she began to ring me up for a cleaning cloth. She was not friendly and based on my interaction with her today, I will choose another location. She didn't ask if I wanted to see anything else. I woulda easily bought more had it not been for the ughhh attitude.

This lady outside assisting outside oh the store was rude. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. When the woman we assisted me inside realized I was getting an expensive product her whole attitude shifted. I felt very disrespected and unwelcomed.

Associate had no knowledge of merchandise but was friendly. The transaction took one hour to complete way to long, store was hot and crowded. My family waited outside and were harassed and watched by another associate, she was very unprofessional in her interaction with my family, heavy set white female with black hair worn in two balls. The collection I was purchasing was priced wrong took forever to figure out how to price it correctly the two associates helping the associate who was helping me were friendly and professional. The associate (Toya short older blk female) helping me did not ring up both transactions I have two receipts from separate people although she assisted me. My husband eventually entered the store told me to tell them to finish the transaction quickly or leave it alone was not going to tolerate being harassed while waiting for me to shop, while standing outside the store. Associate said something to them twice, stood inside gazing at them and mentioned them to another associate (it was very obvious we were together). They stood outside because the store was crowded, there were several children and it was hot in store. Very unprofessional!

An associate yawned more than once in close proximity to my face. She didn’t remember the specific bracelet that I requested.

I had a good experience in the store but it would have been better if there had been more sales associates on the floor. There were only 2 attending 5 or 6 groups of people. We were all asking to look at merchandise and while we still got okay attention it would have been better to have one person serving each group.

Recently brought a bracelet, not even 3 days later, it broke they wouldn't replace it and I had to buy another one.

Aisha wonderful my daughter my goddaughter love her especially my godfather whom is in Dubai
