I asked the sales associate if she had a specific kind of charm in the store, when she told me no I kept thinking about what else was related to that theme. When I then asked again if she had any country themed charms, she proceeded to tell me no when another sales associate comes up and tells me that they did have one. I ended up buying it and she put it on the bracelet for me. It was a gift so I didnt mind it going on the bracelet but she didnt give me a bag or a box that I could then gift it to the person. When I requested one she just gave me the little dust bag and put it in there. When I got home, I looked at the charm and realized how scuffed it was on the back. I would have gone back had i not left out of town to give the gift for graduation. It was one of the expensive charms too.

The manager on duty December 29, 2019 at cross creek mall was very rude to me and snappy with associate who was helping me. My ring got bent somehow during a cleaning and also stone came out. Manager tried to blame me In front of guest even after associate told her what happened while she was cleaning my jewelry. Very unprofessional! She exchanged it however manager left bad taste in my mouth and I love pandora and all I wear is pandora. So embarrassing to be treated like a person just trying to get free jewelry when I was in there buying yet another 100$ ring!

The sales rep was not friendly at all. She doesn't compare to others I have experienced with. She acted like she did not know what she was doing and I felt as if I was wasting her time. I did purchase a charm even thought my daughter encouraged me to leave. She even made the comment "where is our other associates who are so nice to us."

I went in after I spoke to a sale associate over the phone to find out the both items I needed were not in stock. So I had to settle for another piece of jewelry.

There was not enough sales associates for the amount of customer traffic. I waited around 30 minutes to be help.

I was really looking for what I saw online offers...especially when I'm buying for several family members. The offer said buy 2 rings get 1 FREE, and I was looking forward to that when I went to the store and nothing was that HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

I think it was ridiculous to stand in a line outside the store because only 4 people were allowed in due to only 4 sales associates

The associate was not very friendly, was rushed, and others around her were the same. The associate on the door limited and monitored access into the store which was fine but while were in line and inside the store she didn't pay attention and allowed others to come straight in while others were waiting their turn patiently in line. I definitely would not patronize this store again. It seems as though the outlet stores give great service and almost every time I enter the regular store, there is this same issue almost as if they are doing me a favor by helping me make a purchase.

There was an issue with obtaining my receipt upon payment. The hand held register did not print my receipt nor was the associate able to pull up my receipt back up. I was informed that I would have to physically make a trip back in the store to obtain a copy of my receipt.
