Poor instruction on why we were waiting in line and how to proceed once we entered the store. Sales associates did not seem eager to assist anyone coming in they waited to be approached by the customer. In times of covid I wouldn’t think this is how you would want to operate.

My mom was with my along with my sis in law and one of the associates told my mom if she wasn’t going to buy anything that she had to wait outside in a rude and disrespectful way

Spent 510.00 and they didnt even have gift box to put bracelet in very upset. They know its holidays they could have done better. Couldn't really look around had look in book for charms and bracelets.

I went to the store with 2 specific charms in mind that I needed and neither were in stock. That store NEVER has anything in stock that I go there for.

The sales person had no knowledge of what size the bracelets were. She measured the bracelet I had on and dropped beads on the floor and I had to remind her some were missing. The ladies in this pandora have no personality.

I purchased a bracelet for my stepdaughter, which h was to smaller forher Her and her father return the bracelet back but the sale associated stat they didn't have any bigger size so she would have to purchase a gold bracelet which I COULDN'T BELIEVE THEY WHERE NO BIGGER SIDE BRACELET IN THAT STORE WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN A EVEN EXCHANGE OR PAY THE DIFFERENCE in THE PRICE. Her and I my stepdaughter return the bracelet yesterday and I aslo want to exchange a ring that was purchased for me that was to big. She stat we don't exchange WORE jewelry just the WAY she said it. she didn't even ask when it was purchased just poor customer service. I have purchased a lot of pandora from this location and spent numerous of dollars and to receive the customer service. thank you for your time Mrs. Hibbitt.

As I was trying to explain the the condition of the merchandise she constantly told me I damaged the item which I NEVER wore. I had my daughter to exchange the heart bracelet but it was discontinied and so the sales person gave her a smaller version which she brought home to me in which the bracelet was to small for me to wear and this is where all my issues come in play. She was rude had an attitude of no concern for true help. I pray if I ever go back into this location I never encounter this lady again

I have problems at the store/Fayetteville NC with Savannah at least 3 times and have to the supervisor/manager Michelle and she has blown me off and not taken me serious. I have thought about doing a Better Business Bureau Complaint against the store/Pandora. Its a shame I have to drive almost 2 hours away to get better customer service.

The associate seemed reluctant to help, didn’t seem to care if she made a sale or not... I wanted to also buy a bracelet but didn’t care to stay any longer...
