The sales associate was not friendly and did not offer a personal experience. As she looked for the bracelet we chose and the size there were some charms left in a display case from a previous customer that we enjoyed viewing and discussing which items we would make a purchase on. To our surprise another sales associates comes to remove the display awhile we are viewing the items. The associate stated let me get these out of your way. I said mam we were looking at those she placed them back in case and stepped back with a straight face not saying anything. Our sales associate arrives back with our bracelet and the other associates starts trying to remove the items from around her awhile shes trying to close clasp on bracelet shes having to move side to side so she can remove items. I almost stated I dont want to make this purchase you can put the items back. The only reason I didn't is because it was my daughter in laws birthday and she was there with me to pick out what she wanted. I didn't want to ruin her birthday nor her experience with Pandora. I however will never shop in the Fayetteville NC store. Associates need to be taught jewelry doesn't sale itself they do.

My son purchased a bracelet at Christmas time for me and I wore it 1 time. because it was a little small for me. I wanted to exchange it for a larger size. The sales person said the clasp was damaged. I do not understand how that is something I did. I believe it was damaged when my son purchased it. He paid nearly 600$ for this and I am very disappointed and will never want another Pandora product.

Not enough merchandise for various themes. Little on merchandise for flags, job titles and hobby charms. There was many gift sets available for purchase either. They sold out in 2 days of having the gift sets. Need pricing of more affordable charms on gold bracelets and accessories.

I asked the agent we’re there any specials air humbles available as this was a gift to myself for my birthday. She stated they wasn’t. I didn’t receive instructions on how to care for my bracelet and charm. Heck I didn’t receive a bag even though I wore the bravely out the store.

Assistants seemed to be disoriented. No name introduction, no welcome to Pandora, no thanks for visiting. Assisted by 3 different people. Service not what accustom to when visiting store

The associate who helped me made it seem like it was a burden to help me. Was not energetic at all and she was not the nicest person. So I will no longer buy Pandora at this store. I will go to Reed’s and purchase my Pandora from now on.

For it to be COVID-19, it was entirely too many people in the store period. Just felt overcrowded and unsafe. There should have been protect glasses between customers.

The sales associate here weren’t friendly. No one greeted us when we walked in. My sales associate also didn’t greet me or ask how she could help me. I had to walk up to her and ask if she was ready for me. I told her this was my first time getting a Pandora bracelet I wanted someone to explain to me how they work and simply wanted more information about them, she didn’t explain anything to me. I tried to ask her questions and she seemed bothered that I was asking. I felt like she didn’t want to help. I purchased my first bracelet and a few charms but even then she didn’t give me any information about the jewelry.
