I wanted to buy the Pandora charms instead of buying the Pandora bracelet first because my daughter has sensitivity issues. I explained this to the sales rep but she insisted I should buy the bracelet first. My daughter didn't like the bracelet, she would rather have an open bangle. Now I have to drive back to the store to exchange it.

Everything that I wanted was not at store

Was looking for a Particular bracelet.

It was busy due to Mothers Day shopping. They called my name to be assisted but never came to assist me. I had to say something to the lady with the clipboard she had to put my name on the list again because it had already been scratched out and I had to wait all over again.

Had to wait almost an hour when one staff member was free and didn't try to help

Today I visited this location like I normally do every two weeks I had the prettiest lady helping me alsha I think. I came in to see if I can get my bracelet fixed. She informed me that we couldn’t repair it. I would have to get a new one. I said cool she started showing me options. Everything was going good until I bought my bracelet paid for it and then looked down and realize that there is a promotion going on where you a bracelet and three charms for 259 granted I just paid 242 for a rose gold bracelet never was I told that I could get the rose gold bracelet and three charms for $19 more who wouldn’t jump on that opportunity, so I’m very dissatisfied with my outcome today unfortunately. I think I’ll do my shopping online from now on.But again she was great just wish she would Of told me. I was just so tempted to just return it and walk out.

The sales associate was passively rude to me.

Didn't have size 8 ring size and when wedding an 8 1/2 told it was the wrong size for my finger.

Purchased spacers one not able to close something sales should have known Feeling as though it was used🤔
