i wasn’t quite in the store and the sales lady asked me what she can show me. i said that I would like to look around first and that i already know what i want. but 3 min later she asked me again what she can show me. i explained to her that i enjoy lokoking at the jewelry and i will let her know when i am ready. i felt pressured and especially that this is a store where you are not allowed to look on your own first. i was not touching anything just enjoying the beautiful jewelry. there was only 1 customer besides me in the store. i then told her that i would like to have the snake necklace in size 19”. she said we don’t have this all i have is 70 some i said 70 some inches. she replied our stuff is all in cm. since this is the only store near me i did. purchase the necklace otherwise i would have left if there would be another store nearby. i just don’t like to be pressured and it sure left a bitter taste in my mouth

The sales associate was dismissive and disconnected. She did not offer and feedback or help make suggestions, as ifshe was bothered to have customers.

When I arrived there was a line. Had no problem with waiting, buy the salesperson looked straight at me and pick the person behind me. I was very disappointed about. Even though the manager apologized it was still very disturbing to me since I am a middle age African American and the other person was not.

The person that assisted me was knowledgeable but not friendly. She was bordline rude. I called a clip a clasp and she looked disgusted and corrected me rudely, just to name one issue.

I had originally came in to the store to get a replacement for a charm that was given to me by my husband for my birthday. ( wine bottle) had broken and I was told that I had to purchase another. I was highly disappointed with having to pay for another.

The manager on site was very ruled. I needed to return something and the girl did my transaction she come and say this not supposed to be returned and I wanted to buy more stuff. When she said that I just was like nevermind and left.

The girls who were helping the new girl check us out were watching us and giving attitude towards me and my friend. Like if we couldn’t afford anything .

I was not happy wit my experience on line. I was trying to delete the amount of merchandise and it kept adding to the purchase. So, I decided not to purchase anything online. In stead, I went to the store in person and purchase what I wanted. My experience in the store was great. I knew what I wanted. The associate was polite and professional. Only 2 customers were in the store during my visit including myself. I was in and out in 10 minutes or less.
