We were not told to sign in and ended up having several people waited on before us even though they came after us.

Because the ring I wanted wasn’t in my size

I had to return a broken bracelet that was bought less than a year ago. I take very good care of my jewelry and was not happy that it did not last a year.

Was in a bit of a hurry. Was on my lunch break, bur as usual the store was busy and I had to wait a few minutes

I love my merchandise that I have purchase or received as gift. The quaintly of is so awesome. I wear my bands, bracelet and earrings all the time. I received the most complement and my items. I just loved them all.

When I entered the store I was greeted and told call if you need me. When I was ready to look and touch the items that I was ready to purchase is when I saw that my associate was already helping someone.

I wish that this location was bigger. There sales was very high last year. We have a lot of new shopping centers that they could find a larger store and still do just as well. Love your merchandise.

I don’t want to make a big deal of why, i just was kinda not so happy about the service
