I like the idea of the associates greeting the customers as they enter the store but at least make the smile not look so fake. I like genuine people who enjoy what they do for a living.

I have spent a ton of money buying gifts for all the ladies in my family, and somehow I always miss out on the awesome deals (i.e. Spend "X" amount and receive "Y" for free....while supplies last). I wish there was just some kind of reward program for those of us that buy a lot of our gifts from Pandora. A lot of times I get an email announcing some fantastic deal after I've already purchased the gifts for Mom, Mom-in-law, two daughters, and daughter-in-law.

The wait time for a "design specialist" was ridiculous. I knew the bead I wanted to buy but I still had to sign in and wait for a sales associate to bring me to the counter and look at the bead I already knew I was going to purchase. What a waste of time! If a customer knows what she wants to purchase why should she have to wait for other customers to design their bracelets? That takes forever! Let me purchase what I came there for and leave the store.

They were unable to tell us about the Black Friday sale. We would have been able to get more items had we known. The sale started less than 48 hours later.
