There was a large selection of jewelry. The staff was very professional. I was given different options to purchase from.

The only problem I had was I bought more than one gift and after I gave the gifts out the lady had mixed them up so that meant the wrong people got the wrong gifts.

They had us waiting in a line outside the store until there was a free associate and then they would let the next customer in the store. Just seems odd that we could not walk around the store and had to wait in line just to gain entrance. Sales associates seemed less than in happy spirits. Would have purchased my charms online if Pandora.net had not been sold out of everything I wanted, as it was even the store did not have all the items I wanted to buy.

The line was somewhat long. They would only let about 5 customers in the store at a time and I don’t understand why because customers should be able to look around at the showcase items. Other than that it was fine.

It was a small store and being a festive season a lot of people were patronizing the store so I had to wait in a queue for almost an hour. But it was worth it because I got what I wanted. I wish it was a little cheaper than it was.
