I do not have any complaints about the visit. I would have liked to have gotten a charm on sale or maybe a discount since I spent almost 200 total.

I did not like how I was not informed how much items cost through the entire process. I was informed about how much the bracelet cost, but not each individual item. I was not fully informed how much it coast until the very end. It was almost expected for me to have unlimited amount of money to spend just bc I walked into the store instead of speaking to me of a price range I might be looking at for the gift I might be interested in for that visit. I also didn't like that they didn't have a football bracelet attachement or a puzzle piece for autism awareness. I am hoping in the future these items may be added to your merchandise line.

Because everything I came in to buy was not available or did not have in the store. Could not even order from SITE to send to store or my house. It was very disappointing considering a sale was going on to launch new products.
