The ring that I wanted to buy wasn’t available in the size I needed. I decided to buy another color when my sales representative informed me that if my granddaughter didn’t like the color she could return it and pick another one

It took too long to be waited on. The atmosphere wasn’t really warm and inviting. Variety

The Sale Person named Alyssa # 165217 was very rude; pushed too much the highest price of items in order to obtain a better commission for her sale.She did not wanted to do my returns even with receipts which was purchased 3 days before!!😡😡

I have been a customer for a few years and never have had a problem. They gave me the call that a certain charm and put it on hold for me. So the thought matter the the customer wants were thought of.
