I have been to this Pandora before and the experience was far better the first time. The staff this time argued a bit and the woman who appeard to be the manager rudely contradicted the woman helping us when we were told the final price. It seemed like the manager wanted us to pay more. As it turned out the woman helping us was right and the manager was wrong. The woman helping us this time was polite but the general vibe from all the staff was like they were annoyed by us being there, almost as if we were interrupting their day.

I was disappointed in the selection of items that were on sale. A wider variety to choose from one have gotten a highly satisfied response.

The sales associate was rude and seemed as if we were getting on her nerves because we were new to purchasing a pandora bracelet. She began messing with her watch as if she was checking the time. I felt rushed and was very upset and I was about to walk out without purchasing anything. My husband wanted me to have the bracelet so she insisted that we purchased one.

I had to ask for a bag after I made a purchase. When a customer makes a purchase of any kind they should be offered a bag for their purchase.

My wife loves the Pandora product line. I shop at this location because it's the only one in the area. The store is small, cramped and always crowded. While the selection is amazing, there are times when I don't want a long term relationship with the salesperson. I'm typically a fast shopper, I know what I'm looking for or what I want and I can quickly pick something out if I can see it. Admittedly, there are fleeting moments when I want an opinion from the salesperson and some banter, but typically, I'm a get in and get out kind of guy. the store at this location isn't set up for any quality looking or time spent browsing.

Some of the charms that I had seen online weren’t available in the store. Salesperson didn’t have enough space to move around behind the counter. Also, I think that the crowd should have been controlled a little Better

There are always new people in this store. I cannot see the same people consistently. Everyone doesn't seem to be into selling pandora and are as enthusiastic as others have been. I shopped online actually before coming in. I knew what I wanted already.
