I arrived at the store around 6:50 pm there was 3 workers in the store along with 3 customers not busy at all so I continued to wait after I was addressed after ten minutes or more I was then asked do I need help im like yes I do that's why im standing here at the counter my purchase was 171 dollars I was purchasing my initials which they were out of the a initial a so I will have to order online I have over 40 charms and shop at pandora regularly my point is treat everyone with the same courtesy

There was a few people in the store but one sales person was on lunch forever it seemed, so it took awhile to be helped.

Found what i was looking for. Do want to go back and pick up some more items.Girlfriend loved it.

No negative reason at all,the gift was for someone else.
